No I haven't tried. Besides it would be a copyright infringement if I would sell it, since the character is property of some film studio and the actor himself might have something against it. ;) Sorry!

Difficult to tell. :hmm:
I just try to imagine how the colors might have looked like. But there's no specific rule I follow.
